FLOYD CO., Ind. (WHAS11) – The family of David Camm’s slain wife, Kimberly Camm, has filed a motion to dismiss their wrongful death lawsuit against him.

The Renn family, Janice and Frank Renn, filed the wrongful death suit in 2002 against Camm.

This week they filed a motion in court to have the suit dismissed.

Camm was tried three times for the murders of his wife, Kim, and their children, Jill and Brad, in Floyd County. In 2013 he was acquitted of the crimes.

Camm still plans to file a lawsuit against Floyd County.
