Man pleads guilty to causing death while driving drunk in 2012

FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- On Friday, Dec. 20, 33-year-old Charles Barlow plead guilty to one count of causing death when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .15 percent or more, a class B felony, and to three counts of reckless homicide, each listed as a class C felony, in addition to a habitual offender enhancement.  

Based on the plea agreement, Barlow can receive a sentence up to 44 years. He will be formally sentenced at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 in the Floyd County Superior Court 1.
