LOUISVILLE, Ky -- A Washington County, Ind. Man is facing several animal neglect related charges.
Police say Larry Motsinger, 66, of Pekin turned himself into the Washington County Jail around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon. Motsinger is charged with 14 counts of animal cruelty and improper disposal of a dead animal.
The investigation began a month ago, according to police, when an ISP trooper, along with the Indiana State Vet’s Office, assessed 40 head of cattle on Motsinger's farm.
Their observations, which have not been specifically stated, led to the arrest.
