POSEY CO. Ind. (WHAS11) -- Two Poseyville residents were arrested Friday night after Ind. State Police say they found a meth lab in their home at 12900 Cavalier Lane.
James Fernando Price, 40, and Crystal Miller, 29, have been arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including manufacturing meth and neglect of a dependent, after police say they they found numerous ingredients that are commonly used to make meth and a meth lab in the home.
According to police, Price's 7-year-old son and Miller's 13 and 8-year-old daughters also live in the home where police said the chemical odor was so strong that the windows and doors had to be opened in order to ventilate the residence.
Price and Miller were arrested and taken to the Posey County Jail where they are currently being held on bond. Price’s son was released to his mother.
