JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. -- An ISP trooper arrested a man after finding drugs and guns in his vehicle on Friday during a routine traffic stop.

The trooper stopped a 2005 GMC U-Haul truck near mile marker 48 on I-65 for a traffic violation, but soon became suspicious of possible criminal activity.

A search of the vehicle was conducted and the trooper found marijuana, cocaine, pills, paraphernalia, scales, a handgun, an "Uzi" style gun with a 30-round magazine and a pump action shotgun.

Police say 60-year-old Warren C. Stevenson of San Antonio, Texas was arrested and taken to Jackson County Jail where he was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors.
