(WHAS 11)--Indiana parents waiting to see how their kids did on the I-Step tests will have to wait longer.

The state school superintendent says results will be sent to school and parents September 9.

The results have been delayed by investigations into online testing glitches.

The glitches affected nearly 80,000 students in May.

An independent study found the online testing had no measurable negative impact on scores.
