LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The David Camm case is getting ready to head back to court this time over bills for his third murder trial.
A hearing is set for Wednesday about attorney fees that haven't been paid by Floyd County.
According to the Floyd County auditor the unpaid bills total about $420,000.
County officials say the three murder trials against Camm have cost a total of more than three million dollars.
Camm was convicted twice before being acquitted in the third trial in 2013.
