NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WHAS11) – Indigo blue ink spilled into a tributary off of Slate Run Road in Southern Indiana on July 17.

It happened near the Duke Energy substation in the 1600 block of Slate Run Road.

It’s been contained within a 450 foot section of that tributary that flows into a nearby creek.
