LOUISVILLE, Ky -- Survivors of a crash that killed three Ripley County, Indiana teenagers say one of the two pickup trucks involved was speeding as it approached an intersection and ran a stop sign.
A report by Indiana State Police says two of the surviving passengers told investigators a dodge pickup driven by a 17-year-old boy was speeding as it approached the four-way stop on March 7, 2012.
That truck collided with a second pickup truck carrying two other teens. Both of those teens were killed, along with one teen in the dodge pickup. All six teenagers attended South Ripley High School.
County prosecutors haven't said if they'll seek charges against the 17-year-old driver.
