SPENCER COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A hearing is underway in Spencer County, Indiana, for accused killer David Camm.
The man twice convicted of killing his family is learning what forensic evidence will be allowed at his upcoming trial.
Camm is accused of killing his wife and their two young children in the garage of their Georgetown, Indiana home in 2000.
Camm's previous convictions were overturned before on appeal and his co-defendent has already been convicted of the crimes.
