CORYDON, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The Indiana man who died over the weekend in a Southern Indiana cave died of cardiac arrest.
Conservation officers say 49-year-old Timothy McLain of Brownsburg, Ind. died Saturday evening while he was more than two miles into the Blowing Hole Cave near Corydon.
He was with seven others when he suddenly collapsed.
Those with McLain say they tried to resuscitate him and tried to carry his body to the surface.
