JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) – The southern Indiana ramp to the Big Four Railroad Bridge is expected to be finished and opened to the public this November.
In the meantime, Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore will break ground on the city’s new park next to the bridge called The Big Four Station next Tuesday.
Big Four Station is a nearly $4.2 million project that will include a pavilion, water feature and a playground at the foot Big Four ramp in downtown Jeffersonville.
The event will take place at the corner of Market and Mulberry Streets.
