NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A father in Southern Indiana is facing charges as of Thursday night and is accused of abusing his 3-week-old baby.
The News and Tribune is reporting that New Albany Police will charge Bobby McCutcheon with aggravated battery.
The child's parents took the girl to the hospital where doctors say she had a spiral fracture in her right arm.
The parents say they found the infant in distress and brought her to the hospital.
