(WHAS 11)--Do more people get sick in the winter months?

It turns out people do, but it has nothing to do with the cold temperature.

Talk to any pediatrician and you'll find that schools are common jumping points for viruses and bacteria’s.

The flu is more common in the winter months.

Your best advice is to avoid people who are sick and don't forget to wash your hands. Wash your hands, wash your hands
