Study: Small bursts of exercise can help

(WHAS 11)--Having trouble finding time to exercise?

A new study out says even short workouts a couple minutes at a time, several times a day can help you lose weight. As long as you get your heart rate up and break a sweat it makes a difference.

Experts say take a couple breaks during your day for a brisk walk or sprint up the stairs.

An easy way to work it into your everyday schedule is to park a little farther away from your destination and squeeze in some extra steps.
