A few simple precautions can reduce your exposure to the pollen making you sneeze.
-Try staying inside when pollen counts are the highest; usually between 10 a.m. and four p.m.
-When you're at home or in the car, keep the windows closed and the air conditioner on.
-Change your clothes after spending time outdoors.
