BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Budget cuts are forcing some changes at the Bullitt County Health Department.
The health department will not see any patients that have private insurance for family planning and cancer screenings. Clients will also have to show proof of residency and proof of income when they come to their offices.
The health director says they will also only be able to serve residents in Bullitt County.
