LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Governor Steve Beshear is praising the success of the KYNECT system.
In an interview with CNN Beshear said the website has more than 300,000 hits so far and as many as a thousand people are signing up every day.
When asked about the critics of the Affordable Healthcare Act, he said it was the right decision for his state and that those who disagree are just misinformed.
Beshear was questioned about two of the biggest critics, senators Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul. He said the results speak for themselves.
Since the Oct. 1 launch of the KYNECT website, more than 45,000 applications have been started and 32,000 have been completed.
