Forget Botox, fillers and lasers.
You no longer have to go to a plastic surgeon for a youthful look. “Face Yoga” is an innovative, non-invasive technique that is helping people get results.
So many celebrities have painful procedures, but looking young is now much easier. It may look a little strange, but face yoga works.
"The exercises themselves help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, so you're definitely going to get more tone, firmness and resilience," said Annelise Hagen, creator of the technique and author of “The Yoga Face.”
Hagen has several detailed moves that she created. One highlight is “The Lion Face.”
"You constrict, tighten every single muscle, not just your face, but your hands, your buttocks, your knees and then you let it go and you feel great,” Hagen said. “It's like you had a mini face lift."
There’s no need for fillers either, when you can just use the “Satchmo” for plumper cheeks.
"You're actually just breathing in through your nose and then pushing the air from cheek to cheek,” Hagen said. “Then you blow it out."
Inhaling through one nostril and exhaling through the other can take the place of a nose job. Another position can help get rid of crow’s feet.
Just don’t overdo it. Hagen recommends doing three moves in a row, ten times each.
