NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A substitute teacher at a southern Indiana middle school will no longer be working in New Albany-Floyd County School District after he allegedly made inappropriate comments in a classroom.
The district sent letters home to the parents of Nathaniel Scribner Middle School sixth graders explaining what happened.
The school says earlier this week students reported that the substitute teacher made inappropriate comments and alerted teachers on Thursday.
The school investigated and ended up removing the substitute from the school.
