LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Male High School is getting into the giving season with a major donation to the Salvation Army.
They held an assembly Friday morning to announce how much they collected over the last few weeks for the Salvation Army. The students, staff and faculty collected can goods, gifts and over $10,000 for the organization.
Several of the teachers challenged their students to reach different goals. One teacher is even shaving his mustache after eight years because his class reached their goal.
