(WHAS11) -- Two Indiana elementary schools are closing their doors for good.
The decision came during a meeting on Tuesday night. The Madison Consolidated Schools Board of Trustees voted four to one to close both Anderson and DuPont Elementary schools.
The board made the decision because of a $1.5 million budget shortfall.
