LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- On Wednesday, a JCPS spokesperson said they won't look into the dramatic change in test scores at Western High School that occurred while David Mike was principal.
In 2011, reading scores were up 28 percentage points and math scores jumped 30 points.
JCPS said there will be no investigation because there have been no allegations of wrongdoing.
Mike is currently at Male High School where he was placed on non-instructional duty.
The district and the Kentucky Department of Education are looking into claims that male staff members helped students on the Compass Test, a version of the ACT.
