(WHAS11) -- The interim principal of Jeffersonville High School has been charged with a theft. The interim principal has been placed on administrative leave, but they have not been convicted on that charge.
Julie Straight has been named the new interim principal. The announcement was made at a press conference at 3:00 p.m. Monday.
Jim Sexton, the former principal of Jeffersonville High School has been assigned to a different school after being placed on paid leave. Sexton is now the Principal at Clark County Middle/High School.
