(WHAS11) -- A report released Tuesday details the alleged circumstances that led to the sudden June announcement that Mark Thomas, principal of New Highland Elementary school in Hardin County, was resigning.
In June, Mark Thomas resigned amid allegations of wrongdoing, but no one was saying what the allegations were. Thomas was suspected with pay in May.
The report detailed the alleged threatening, intimidating and harassing behavior towards teachers at the school.
