BATON ROUGE, La. -- An apparent bomb threat forced the evacuation of Louisiana State University on Monday.
The university canceled classes and head football coach Les Miles' Monday afternoon press conference.
"A bomb threat has been reported on the LSU campus. Please evacuate the campus as calmly and quickly as possible," said an alert from the school.
Campus police wereinvestigating the threat.
According to a statement from the university, no specific location was stated in the threat.
