LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man was arrested on Saturday on drug-related charges after falling asleep at a restaurant.

According to the police report, officers were called to Longhorn Steakhouse on Outer Loop because a man refused to leave. Witnesses reported that Aaron Johnson, 20, was sleeping on a table and he refused several requests to leave.

When police arrived on the scene, officers said Johnson was leaving and was swaying and stumbling across the roadway and parking lot.

When officers caught up with Johnson, he reportedly smelled of marijuana and had glazed eyes and trouble standing.

Officers reported that Johnson became irate and yelled and resisted officer instructions.

Police found a bag of marijuana on Johnson. They also found digital scales, various cigars, three cell phones and $702 in cash.

Johnson is facing charges of criminal trespassing, trafficking in marijuana, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
