LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Interested parties can take a look inside the vacant Drumanard Estates for the first time Thursday as the historic home in eastern Jefferson county goes up for sale.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the home that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The home in prospect has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, nine fireplaces and sits on more than 50 acres of land.
The minimum bid reserve price is $3.5 million and all bids must be received before November 3.
Thursday’s showing is just one of six showings scheduled before the bids open.
