LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The Louisville Metro Police Department arrested four people after searching inside a house in the 5410 block of Layne Rd. in Louisville, Ky on Jan. 2.
After the officers got consent to search the house, the police say they found ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamines that included: Coleman camp fuel, filters, MSM capsules, tubing, batteries, and empty packs of Sudafed.
Police say they also found an 18-month-old child that belonged to Sandra Shofner, 26, inside the same room as the methamphetamine ingredients. The health department tested a sample from the wall of the room and it came back positive for methamphetamine.
Shofner, 34-year-old Kristina Jamison, 29-year-old Keith Reed and 42-year-old Anthony Ashley were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamines in the first degree.
