LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Jeffersonville, Ind. man was arrested in Louisville early Tuesday morning after police said he waved a crowbar while in a large crowd outside a Bardstown Road bar.
Police said Brian Boyd was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday outside Cahoots in the Highlands.
Police said Boyd was waving a crowbar at a large crowd of people while yelling at them. Despite several people from group dispersing, Byrd continued screaming and waving the bar.
When officer's arrived, police said he continued screaming while being taken into custody.
Police said he was under the influence of alcohol. Once he was inside a holding cell at jail, police said he exposed himself and urinated on the floor.
Brian Boyd is charged with disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication and indecent exposure.
