LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville woman has been arrested after allegedly attempting to hit two people with her car, but it's what she did after being detained that got her into more trouble.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a home in west Louisville on Tuesday evening. Upon arrival, police talked to two victims. They said that Barbara Jones, 52, appeared in front of their house earlier that night. She honked her horn until the victims came outside. After they were outdoors, Jones proceeded to fight both of them, police said.
LMPD says Jones then got back into her vehicle. The two people were standing in front of her car and she tried to run them both over. Jones then rammed the victim's car twice and fled the scene.
Police quickly tracked down Jones. Upon officers trying to place Jones under arrest, she began to struggle with police. She was told to cooperate but still put up a fight.
Jones then urinated on the officer. She laughed telling the policeman, "haha, that's what you get."
Jones is facing several charges including 1st degree wanton endangerment and resisting arrest.
