LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville babysitter is facing charges after police said she used a juvenile to help her take items from WalMart.
Sydney R. Perry, 20, is chargd with theft by unlawful taking and unlawful transaction with a minor.
According to the arrest report, Perry was babysitting at lest three children when she took them to the WalMart on Outer Loop. Once inside the store, police said Perry placed items in a shopping cart and left the store without paying for the merchandise.
Police also said Perry used 15-year-old juvenile under her care to help her leave the store with the unpaid merchandise.
The report states WalMart loss prevention caught the incident on video.
