LOUISVILLE, Ky -- Two Louisville brothers have been arrested after police said a 17-year-old was beaten at Valley High School.
Police said Tyler Burba, 19, and his 20-year-old brother, Rodney Burba, went into the school last month and called the victim names, then hit him in the jaw with a closed fist.
Police said neither brother attends Valley High School and are they not allowed on school grounds.
The victim's mother told police the two brothers had threatened her son before and they follow him when he's driving his car.
Tyler Burba is charged with assault, stalking and harassing communications. Rodney Burba is charged with harassing communication.
