LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Ricky Kelly, who is accused of killing eight in Louisville, was set to go on trial in federal court in September but his trial has been delayed.
Kelly’s co-defendant, Dion Neal, will be tried separately.
Neal's trial is still set for Sept. 8.
Kelly was once charged with eight murders in state court. In federal court he is only charged with one case.
A new trial date will be set on Aug. 20.
