(WHAS11) -- The man suspected of killing three people, including 75-year-old Christine Whitis could be declared competent to stand trial.
William Clyde Gibson is charged with killing Whitis and two others in Southern Indiana. Trial dates have never been set due to those competency tests.
The mental health professional who examines Gibson says he should be able to stand trial in February, but the court is still awaiting another opinion.
