LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Ming Wen Chen has been released from jail after posting his $50 thousand dollar cash bond.

Police said Chen kept men and women in the basement of his home on Churchdown Lane. He would drive them to and from the Golden Palace Buffet where they would work 12 hour shifts, six days a week and were not compensated properly.

Chen is charged with human trafficking and is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday. Chen's wife was charged as well.
