MADISON, Ind. (WHAS11) -- As of Friday night, police in Southern Indiana say they are still looking for at least one more person who tried to steal a safe from a McDonald's in Madison, Indiana.
Police say they have arrested and charged 20-year-old Zachary Shaffer with burglary. The pair broke into the McDonald's early Tuesday morning and used a dolly to remove the safe, according to police. It was found behind a dumpster with $15,000 still inside. Shaffer told officers they had underestimated the weight of the safe.
