LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man after they say struck a woman with a skateboard.
According to a police report Joshua Devine, 20, "intentionally caused serious physical injury by means of a dangerous instrument (skateboard)." The report says Devine struck the victim in the head causing to victim to undergo emergency brain surgery.
Devine was charged with first degree assault.
