LOUISVILLE, Ky.(WHAS11) -- Two women wanted for allegedly stealing from hospitals, along with at least six others, were arrested.

Nicole Jefferson, 28, and Teyana Locke, 24, are accused of unlawfully entering areas at Norton Brownsboro Hospital and stealing property. The police report says Jefferson, Locke along with the other defendants went into vacant rooms, ransacked the rooms and took a victim's wallet.

The report says they proceeded to local businesses where they then used the victim's stolen credit cards to make purchases in the amount of approximately $1,462.61. They were arrested for similar incidents in St. Matthews.

Jefferson and Locke positively identified the remaining defendants from video surveillance photos during a recorded interview. She also admitted to the incidents. Jefferson and Locke also stated that as a group they planned the incidents prior to arriving at the hospitals and businesses.

Jefferson and Locke have been charged with third degree burglary, fraud and engaging in organized crime. We are told the defendants are sisters.
