Second TARC bus shooting suspect behind bars at Metro Corrections

Martin J. Keehn was extradited back to Louisville after being arrested by U.S. Marshals in Indianapolis. He is charged with murder.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The second suspect accused of shooting a man on a TARC bus in broad daylight last month is behind bars at Louisville Metro Corrections.

Martin Keehn was arraigned Tuesday morning. Keehn and his brother, Jeffrey Kingdon, were arrested in Indianapolis by U.S. Marshals last week.

The brothers have been charged with murder. Police said the duo shot and killed 17-year-old Rico Robinson.

Kingdon was extradited back to Louisville and arraigned Monday. Both men are being held at Metro Corrections.
