(WHAS11) -- A Radcliff father was arrested Wednesday after police said he changed his story regarding the death of his 1-month-old son Tuesday at their Radcliff apartment.
23-year-old Jarrod Davis is charged with second-degree manslaughter, defined as not intending to but wantonly causing the death of another by disregarding risk.
Police say Davis revealed more details in a second interview Wednesday, telling detectives he dropped his 1-month-old son and he hit his head on a crib while caring for him. The boy died of blunt force trauma.
Police have not said if Davis accidentally or purposefully dropped the boy.
