LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man allegedly admitted to burglarizing six homes in the Hikes Point Area.
Steven Beasley, 20, was arrested late Tuesday night, after police saw him going door-to-door wearing latex gloves and carrying a backpack.
Beasley allegedly told officers he was raking leaves, but did not have a rake.
They searched his apartment, where police say they found 12 bags of marijuana and handguns stolen during the break-ins.
Beasley admitted to six burglaries, where he stole items like jewelry, silverware and cash.
