LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville man was arrested after police said he called 911 to report a burglary, but police found drug paraphernalia instead of a burglar.

Police said Curtis Brown called 911 to report a break-in of his home in the 100 block of W. Oak St.

Police were given consent to search the home and found no one inside, but did find four crack pipes, baggies with white powder residue and other drug-related items, police noted in their arrest report.

Curtis Brown is now facing one charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.
