LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department has arrested two men who are accused of robbing multiple fast food restaurants in the Bardstown Road, Preston Highway and Breckenridge Lane areas.

Thomas Edward Davidson, 46, and Kevin Michael Boyd, 39, are charged with multiple counts of robbery.

"We believe they were involved in several of them and they went together and one stayed in the vehicle. We are not sure if they were together on all of them or not," Lt. Jennifer Coe, with LMPD, said.

Davidson and Boyd have criminal records with dozens of robberies. It's believed they were robbing these restaurants to buy drugs.
