LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man on multiple charges after he was pulled over and failed to produce an ID.

Dontay White, 37, was pulled over by police for an expired tag and tags canceled by the Department of Transportation. White then told officers that he did not have a license, according to a police report. When the officer asked for an ID White placed a sovereign citizen ID card from the International Muurican Gansul against the window.

The report says White told officers he did not have a social security number or a state issued ID. When asked for an address White said he lives "right here."

The officer could not confirm the subject's identity, a sergeant then responded. White refused to give information to the sergeant as well, according to the report.

White stepped out of the vehicle only after being told he was under arrest, according to the report. The officer confirmed White's identity through mugshots.

White was charged with failure to maintain required inspection, no registration plates, not producing a license and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
