LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a woman on charges of robbery and assault after they say she struck a gas station employee.

According to a police report, Felisha Sturgeon, 34, got angry and did not want to prepay for gas at the Swifty Gas Station on Dixie Highway.

The police report says Sturgeon pulled the gas nozzle and threw it on the ground when an employee told her she needed to prepay. The victim had money in her hand from another customer which she dropped during the struggle. Police say Sturgeon took the $37 the employee had.

During the struggle police say Sturgeon spit in the victim's face and started punching the victim.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.
