(LOUISVILLE, Ky.)--A Louisville woman was arrested on Friday after police responded to a robbery call at the K-Mart store on Poplar Level Road.
According to a police report, Jocelyn Mask, 36, was observed concealing merchandise in her purse around 9 p.m. Store employees confronted Mask after she passed all points of sale without making an attempt to pay for the items, according to the report. Upon confrontation, according to the report, the subject bit the store employee on the hand and pushed him away.
The subject's five year old daughter was present during the robbery.
Officers arrived on the scene and arrested Mask at 10:14 p.m. and charged her with 2nd degree Robbery and Endangering the welfare of a minor, according to the report. She was lodged in the Jefferson county jail.
According to the report, the amount of stolen merchandise totaled $43.74.
