LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police have arrested a man after they said he confessed to an attack that seriously injured the victim.
According to the police report, 28-year-old Samual Crum admitted to police he used a golf club in a fight with another man.
Court documents show Crum was hit in the back with the club and caused serious physical injury.
The victim, according to the report, suffered two broken ribs and had to undergo emergency surgery to remove his spleen.
Crum is charged with first degree assault.
