(WHAS11) -- One man was killed in a shooting overnight  in Louisville.

According to police a man, who the coroner has identified as 20-year-old Charles Fambrough,  was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Portland Avenue around midnight Tuesday.

The victim was rushed to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No suspects have been identified.

This is the third fatal shooting in Louisville in the past 3 days. On Monday, a 20-year-old man was shot and killed in on West Market Street. Police identified that victim as Dante Newsome.  On Sunday, police in Shively rushed to the scene of a shooting in a parking lot in the 4000 block of Dixie Highway. Police found 19-year-old Kenneth Forbes Jr. shot and killed when they arrived.
