LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville woman was arrested after police say she refused to give up her child to Child Protective Services officials despite a court order.
According to police, Denise Wilson is charged with Wanton Endangerment, Obstructing Governmental Operations and Terroristic Threatening after she allegedly held on to an 8-month-old child and shook the baby from side-to-side in front of the CPS agents. She then allegedly stated that was going to "get" the social worker and that the social worker would "get hers."
Police say the child was put in danger by Wilson's actions.
